Here are the steps
- Login to https://farnumtech.freshbooks.com/
If you do not know your username and password, click on the “Forgot your username or password?” link and enter the same email in which you receive our invoices. - Click on the Support tab on top
- Click the green “New Ticket” button.
- Type in a very brief description of the issue for the Subject. Select your best guess for Department and type a detailed description for the issue for description. Please include steps to reproduce if possible. Please include screen captures if possible.
- Click the Submit button. Notate your ticket number for future reference. You are welcome to also email us at support@domaindad.com with the ticket number and details if it is an urgent request.
Billing & Payments
DomainDad.com – Payments for Domains and other related services are made by credit card at the time of purchase. Domains and other select services are set to automatically renew by default. Please see DomainDad.com for details. Make payments by logging into DomainDad.com. Only credit cards are accepted as form of payment at this time.
Farnum Technologies – Invoices for hourly based services are generated within 1 – 14 days of a service rendered. Invoices for monthly services are generated between the 1st – 5th of the month. All payments for services rendered for the month is requested to be received by the 28th. Late fees may apply. You may pay by Paypal, Check, Google Checkout, or Credit Card in person.
